Tournament Format
• All tournaments in the 2025 season will be single-day events, decided over 18 holes.
• There will be no playoffs.
• Details of each event, including schedules and formats, will be published on the tournament information page on Golf Genius.
Rules and Governance
• Condor tournaments will adhere to the Rules of Golf as published by The R&A.
• Condor reserves the right to implement additional rules or local rules as deemed necessary for specific events.
Local Rules
• Tournament-specific local rules will be made available to all competitors at each event.
• These rules will be communicated during registration and displayed on the tournament notice board.
Male and Female Events
• Male and female professionals will compete for combined prize money in:
• Individual OOM (Order of Merit) stroke play events.
• Individual Pro-Am events.
• Both male and female professionals will vie for the combined 2025 Condor Golf Tour Order of Merit title and associated incentives.
Amateur Participation / Elite Amateurs:
• Amateurs with a maximum handicap of 3.4 are eligible to enter all professional events.
• Elite amateurs can now compete for a maximum first prize of £700, with prize funds determined by field size and course fees.
• Elite amateurs will be included in the Professional OOM standings, with the highest-placed amateur earning the Amateur OOM title and associated incentives.
The Amateur League:
• Amateurs with a playing handicap of 3.5 and above may enter The Amateur League events (formerly known as the #TourExperience).
• Prizes for The Amateur League will be based on field size and awarded in Stableford format.
• A maximum playing handicap of 28 will apply on the day of the event.
Order of Merit Titles:
• The Amateur participants will compete for a separate Order of Merit title and incentives.
• Elite amateurs (handicap 3.4 or less) will be drawn to play alongside professionals.
• Amateurs (handicap 3.5 and above) will be grouped by handicap ability and will play after the professional event.
World Handicap System (WHS) Compliance
• All events, including those for amateurs, will be WHS-compliant and count toward handicap adjustments for both Elite Amateurs and The Amateur League participants.
Order of Merit (OOM)
Professional OOM:
• The Professional Order of Merit will be determined using a points system and is open to members only.
Elite Amateur OOM:
• The Elite Amateur Order of Merit will also be decided by a points system and is restricted to members only.
Points System
• Points will be awarded based on finishing positions as follows:
• 1st place: 150 points
• 2nd place: 120 points
• 3rd place: 100 points
• 4th place: 90 points
• 5th place: 80 points
• 6th place: 70 points
• 7th place: 60 points
• 8th place: 50 points
• 9th place: 40 points
• 10th place: 35 points
• 11th place: 30 points
• 12th place: 25 points
• 13th place: 20 points
• 14th place: 15 points
Practice Rounds
• Players are responsible for arranging their own practice rounds at their own cost.
• To schedule a practice round, please contact the club office or professional directly
Membership & Entries
Membership Fees:
• Professional Membership: £150.00 for the 2025 season.
• Dual Membership: £250.00 (available for professionals only, includes
membership with the 2020 tour).
Elite Amateur Membership: £150.00 for the 2025 season.
Entry Fees:
• Standard Professional Events:
• Members: £225.00
• Non-Members: £275.00
• Joint Events with the 2020 Tour:
• Members: £225.00
• Non-Members: £275.00
• Elite Amateur Events:
• Members: £175.00
• Non-Members: £225.00
• Amateur: £60 (no membership required).
Withdrawals
• Withdrawals Prior to the Tournament:
• Withdrawals made within 7 days of the tournament or after the draw has been published will incur an administrative fee of £25.00.
• Withdrawals Within 48 Hours of the Tournament:
• Withdrawals made within 48 hours of the tournament will result in the loss of the full entry fee.
• No-Show Policy:
• Players who fail to show up on the day of the event will forfeit their full entry fee and be subject to an additional £25.00 fine.
• Any player who does not arrive or misses their tee time will have their entry fee forfeited, and the funds will remain in the tournament prize pool.
Prize Fund
• Sliding Scale Prize Fund:
• The prize fund for each event will be determined on a sliding scale based on the number of entries:
• £6,000 for 50 entries.
• £10,000 for 75 entries.
• £15,000 for 100 entries.
• Prize amounts will continue to scale proportionally based on the total number of participants.
• Adjustments to the Prize Fund:
• The Condor Golf Tour reserves the right to amend or adjust the prize fund structure at its sole discretion.
• Additional Sponsor Contributions:
• Extra prize funds may be made available from sponsorship contributions. These additional funds will be allocated at the discretion of the Condor Golf Tour.
All prize distributions will be finalized and communicated prior to the event. By participating, players acknowledge and accept the prize fund structure and any potential adjustments.
By participating in a Condor tournament, all competitors agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
